By accessing any part of the GamingWarz experience — including tournaments, Shadow Levels, or our private community — you agree to the following terms, designed to protect your journey and the platform we’re building together.

1. 🔒 Private Access Only

GamingWarz is a private, invitation-only platform. We do not offer public registration, app store listings, or open signups. Entry is granted exclusively via referral or private invite.

If you’re here, it’s because someone believed you belong.

2. 🎮 Platform Purpose

GamingWarz hosts underground gaming tournaments and offers structured entry into high-stakes matches, private battles, and progression through Shadow Levels.

Participation begins with:

• Activating your Battlefy tournament hub
• Unlocking access to Shadow Levels via a third-party platform

All official tournament matches are hosted on private Battlefy hubs.

GamingWarz provides private access, structure, and progression tools — but does not host or manage gameplay directly.

3. ⚠️ Shadow Levels Disclaimer

Shadow Levels are independent third-party platforms. They are not owned, operated, or financially affiliated with GamingWarz. We recommend them based on proven track records in:

• Reliability
• Transparent payouts
• Player support

All payments to Shadow Level providers are private transactions. GamingWarz does not process, store, or guarantee earnings from these companies.

4. 🛡 Tournament Requirements

To qualify for tournaments, you must:

• Complete Shadow Level One via private unlock
• Activate your Battlefy hub with a one-time payment
• Build or maintain a 4-player team each week

Failure to meet these steps may result in restricted access or disqualification.

5. 💰 No Earnings Guarantee

While GamingWarz provides access to prize tournaments, referral commissions, and income through Shadow Levels — no earnings are guaranteed.

Results depend on your:

• Consistency
• Team-building effort
• Gameplay performance
• Compliance with platform rules

We provide the opportunity. You create the outcome.

6. 💳 Refund Policy

All Battlefy tournament hub payments are non-refundable.

GamingWarz is not responsible for refunds involving third-party Shadow Level companies.

7. 🤝 Code of Conduct

We uphold a space of integrity.

Players must:

• Compete fairly
• Recruit honestly
• Avoid duplicating accounts or exploiting systems

Fraud, abuse, or manipulation will result in immediate removal without warning.

8. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

GamingWarz is not liable for:

• Missed earnings due to team issues or inactivity
• Technical failures from Battlefy or Shadow Levels
• Data loss outside of our direct control

You participate at your own risk. We maintain a secure and stable environment to the best of our ability.

9. 📬 Privacy & Communication

By joining GamingWarz, you consent to receive communications such as:

• Tournament updates
• Team alerts
• Private unlock links

We never sell or share your contact details. Your privacy is a priority.
